12. NO Returns, Refunds & Reprints

Because products are custom-made:

All sales are final. No refunds for customer-submitted errors.

Reprints are issued only when print defects are the result of our production error.

Issues must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Photos of defects or return of product may be required for review.

13. Color Accuracy

Exact color matching is not guaranteed due to differences in display screens vs. printing devices and print process variations.

Minor color variation is not considered a defect.
